LEAA needs YOUR Support!

After twenty years of service, it became obvious that the website we knew and loved was in dire need of a make-over. We are neck-deep in that process right now and many of the back-issue archives, including the online copies of LEAA's SHIELD magazine, are temporarily offline. Be assured, they will be coming back, better than ever. We will endeavor to keep critical news items up front and we thank you for your patience as we move through this period.

PARDON OUR DUST...

LEAA not only believes in swift and certain punishment, support of our police and Constitutional Freedoms we also believe in great programs that help kids like scouting: Troop 1941

Thankfully this information is now being made public. LEAA adds key background documents and info: Arkansas case background In response to misleading reporting and claims, LEAA calls out Tim Cullen's response.

Free Speech is not dead.... not yet anyway!
